Golden Sneaker Challenge

The Golden Sneaker Challenge is a two-week classroom competition from February 24 – March 6 encouraging students, parents, teachers and administrators to take the healthy route to school by choosing active or shared transportation. Students will be tracking daily in their classrooms how they traveled to school. At the end of the two weeks, the class with the highest percentage of class participation will receive the Golden Sneaker Award — a trophy made from shoes donated by the Golden State Warriors. To help encourage taking a healthy route to school, we will be having a BikeMobile, walking train, and a shoe drive.
