Dublin Elementary Parent Faculty Committee AKA (Dublin El PFC). We are a group of volunteers working to Bring our Community Together! The heart of this organization is to provide a quality elementary
experience for every Dublin El student and their family. Working with parents, teachers, staff, and community partners we bring this mission to life.

Summary of Dublin El PFC Board Positions 2021-2023


Officiates executive board and general meetings. Communicates regularly with the Principal and appropriate staff to stay informed of school and district activities. Establishes event calendar for the school year. Along with the board Secretary and Treasurer, establish PFC bank account.


Maintains and records all meeting minutes. Distributes meeting minutes to board as well as make public minutes via PFC website. Maintain PFC bylaws. Responsible for PFC records and updating board bylaws. Calls meetings to order in absence of the President. Work with the President and Treasurer to establish PFC bank accounts.


Establish PFC bank account. Maintain custody of all funds, deposits, and check books. Issue refunds, disbursements, and provide receipts. Present financial status reports at regular board/general meetings.


Serves as director of volunteers, committees, and fundraising activities. Overseas all events and appoints chairpersons for said events. Assists President as needed.

Operations Director

Maintains organizational systems for Google Suite. Onboard and off-board executive members. Host election campaign as outlined in PFC bylaws. Responsible for spirit wear sales and vendor relations. Assist with event volunteers throughout the year.

Communications Director

Responsible for all social media posts, weekly eblasts and website updates. Assists with board correspondences. Responsible for marketing materials i.e. flyers, posters etc.
