Secretary
- Be responsible for taking minutes at board and association meetings.
- Be responsible for making sure that our bylaws are up to date and posted for all to see.
- Be responsible for maintaining and preserving PFC records and important documents to pass on at the end of the term.
- Assist with PFC correspondence internally and at-large, as directed by the President.
- Be responsible for Board Meeting scheduling and reminders.
- Be responsible for preparing a list of unfinished business from meetings for the PFC to follow up on.
- Be responsible for maintaining Secretary email inbox on a weekly basis.
